Getting ready when it comes to paying the landlord is critical, always pay attention to the security deposit and first installment terms as the amounts might be significant.

Our Guarantees

Real Estate Q&A

Our team will collect your requirements using an online form and send you the relevant options base on your criteria. The options will be send via: WhatsApp, WeChat, Messenger or by email. Based on your requirements, this stage can take between 1 day to 7 days.
Once you have selected your favorite accommodation options, our team will schedule the visits. The visits can be done onsite with our team or online using FaceTime, WhatsApp, WeChat or by Teams if you are abroad or not available for onsite visits.
Once you have selected your accommodation, we will negotiate the terms with the landlord (duration, rent amount, deposit amount, etc.). Once you have agreed to the terms of the lease contract, we will draft the contract in English and in local language based on the country. The contract will send to you using DocuSign for online signature.
For the check-in day, our team will be here with you to double check everything (contracts, utilities, accommodation conditions, etc.) and explain to you in English how to operate the accommodation. If you need moving support, our network of local moving companies will assist you, feel free to ask our team for more details.
The payment stage is critical and can be complicated when not prepared well. Paying the security deposit and first installment is critical to secure your new accommodation, in most countries the money can be paid by international bank transfer but in China, most international bank transfer will be inoperable, cash (or Alipay / WeChat Pay) is always the preferred solution when choosing an accommodation in China.
