Paying Using Wise

To pay the deposit and first installment, please proceed as per bellow instructions.

This process should take around:

• 🚀 3 minutes if you have a Wise account

• 🆕 Around 10 minutes if you do not have a Wise account

Please follow carefully this 📋 12 steps process to proceed with the payment using Wise:

1. ⬇️ Download and setup a Wise account using our referral link: https://wise.com/invite/ihpc/mathiasmickaelsylvestree.

2. 📱 Open your Wise app or use the www.wise.com website.

3. 🔒 Login to your account.

4. 💸 On the Wise homepage, click on “Send”.

5. 🏦 Select from where the money will be send:

   • From your “Wise Balance” or

   • From your “Bank Card”

6. 🇨🇳 Select the currency “🇨🇳 CNY” in the “Recipient gets” section, input the amount to be send and click “Continue”.

7. 👤 Add the recipient details by clicking on the “Add” button.

8. 👉 Click on “Enter bank details”.

9. 👉 Click on “Someone else”.

10. ✍️ The “Email Address” field is not mandatory, leave it blank, in “Bank details”, choose “Alipay”* or “WeChat”* and add:

    • Full name of the account holder

    • Alipay ID or WeChat ID (as per our instructions)

    • Click on “Confirm”.

11. ✔️ Continue and select a reason for the transfer, choose “Pay for services” and choose “Estate agency service” and click on “Submit”.

12. ✅ Well done! You have made the transfer successfully, it will take up to 24 hours to complete the transfer.
